The Method

The shop comes to the berth.

  1. Dockside survey

    Measurement, 3D scan and a written scope before any work begins. You see the model first — fabrication starts only after sign-off.

  2. Mobile workshop on the quay

    The Mercedes Viano fits between you and the next slip. No haul-out, no yard slot, no waiting on five trades to schedule.

  3. Built and finished in place

    Joinery, GRP and electronics finished to a yacht-grade tolerance with the same hands that surveyed the boat.

  4. Hand-over and documentation

    Photographic record, capability sheet and a single invoice — clean enough to forward to the owner.

The Credential

Sweden to the Mediterranean — single-handed.

The contractor sailed his own boat from the Gulf of Bothnia, through the Kiel Canal and the North Sea, down the Atlantic coast of France and into the Med — alone. The Raymarine electronics on board were specified, wired and sea-tested by the same hands now working on the Riviera.

Can you handle the work without a haul-out?

Most of it, yes. The mobile workshop deploys to the berth. Engine refits and below-the-waterline GRP need a haul-out; everything above the waterline can be handled dockside.
