1. Website use
This site is published by Baltic CM company OÜ as a presentation of services offered. Content is provided for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Quotes, scopes of work and commercial terms are confirmed in writing on a per-project basis.
2. Contracting terms
All contracting work is performed under a written scope of work agreed between Baltic CM company OÜand the client (yacht owner, captain, management company, or owner's representative) before any work begins. Each scope governs price, deliverables, milestones, and warranty.
3. Payments
Invoices are issued by Baltic CM company OÜ (VAT EE102426760) in EUR. Payment terms are specified in each individual scope of work. Late payments accrue statutory interest under Estonian commercial law.
4. Warranty
Work is warrantied as specified in each individual scope of work. The default warranty period is 12 months on workmanship for joinery, GRP, and marine engineering; electronics warranties pass through from the original manufacturer (Raymarine, etc.). Damage caused by collision, grounding, misuse, or third-party work after hand-over is excluded.
5. Limitation of liability
Baltic CM company OÜ carries professional liability insurance. Liability under any scope of work is capped at the value of that scope unless higher coverage is expressly agreed in writing.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation and, failing that, submitted to the courts of Tallinn unless otherwise agreed in the individual scope of work.
