Who is the data controller?

Baltic CM company OÜ (Tööstuse tn 48, Põhja-Tallinna, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10416 — Estonia) is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us:

• Name and yacht name (if you submit the contact form)
• Email address, WhatsApp number, or phone number
• The content of any message you send us

We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to scope and deliver the work you have asked us to quote on. Legal basis under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long we keep it

Contact data is retained for the duration of the working relationship plus the legal retention period required by Estonian accounting and tax law (currently 7 years for invoiced work). Unanswered enquiries that do not lead to a quote are deleted within 12 months.

Who has access

Only Vsevolod Sychevhas access to enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data at any time by writing to vsevolodsychev@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL; in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
